I've been seeing a lot of these "tilt-shift" photos online and they are pretty cool!

here's are a couple quickies of mine!

Oh Canada

Boy is it different in Canada! Some parts of Vancouver are so perfect it is almost surreal. Very clean and green, to say the least. The further north from CA I went, the greener and taller the trees, plants and flowers... and the tulips! large tulips everywhere! Even the highrises were beautiful and not obstructive to the natural views.

I am now obsessed with Canada. Pictures coming soon.

Lands afar

I'm feelin the African, tribal and Egyptian style jewelry right now. would be superstylish accent to simple breezy summer dresses.

On a somewhat side note, I've always loved the intricacy and vibrancy of African fabrics. It's so full of life.



Can't wait until vacation.

Cotton.

For the face, exfoliates verrry gently and cleanses thoroughly. Best for evening wash.

For bath, a knitted wash cloth. very soft yet cleanses thoroughly. my skin feels smoother! so much better than the nylon poufs from the market. those made my skin raw and splotchy.

For the kitchen and home, cotton dish cloths and wipes. haven't yet tested them out but maybe this weekend! spring cleaning?

They're supposed to last years. I'm suspicious of bacteria so maybe a good soak in water and detergent solution once or twice a month will do. Of course if they're dirty from cleaning they should be washed and dried right away.

I'm feelin' the baubles, bubbles, and pearls this season. 

and long antique necklaces to go with flowery-romantic dresses.

playful coloring and natural variations in texture and size that add to the details.

regardless of whether it is a "trend", I like it.  just waiting for my supplies to arrive. :)
